right of withdrawal
there is no right of withdrawal on a physical product, since all products gets knitted after the order is placed. it`s also handmade so it takes a lot of time to make every single product.

complaint on physical product
if you find errors on the item you have been sent, i ask you to send an email to hvilepuls.strikk@gmail.com within a reasonable time. the email must contain a short description of what is wrong with the item and a picture, as well as personal details and the order number. you can choose whether you want a new product, this need to be informed in the email, or get your money back. if a new product is desired, some time must be expected since the new product needs to be knitted. the returned money will be available on your card/paypal account within a few working days. you will get the shipping costs refunded in the event of a complaint.

shipping costs
when ordering a physical product, the delivery is 129,- NOK to norway. overseas the delivery is 160,- NOK.
